Our Commitment to Satisfaction

At Vet Prime Care, we are committed to the satisfaction and well-being of your pets. Our products are designed with the highest quality standards to meet the needs of your beloved companions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are the steps you can take to return or refund an item.

Returns for Items Purchased on Amazon

For products purchased through Amazon, returns must be processed directly through the Amazon platform. Please follow Amazon’s return procedure available in your order history. This ensures a smooth and guided return process aligned with Amazon’s customer service policies.

Returns for Groomers and Daycares

For purchases made directly by groomers and daycares, returns must be processed through Vet Prime Care:

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To initiate a return, please email Support@VetPrimeCare.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, the quantity, and the reason for the return.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
  • Please include any photos if the return is due to defects or damage.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Support@VetPrimeCare.com along with the necessary details and photographs of the item in question.
